On 17 July 2025, the United Kingdom and South Africa signed a landmark Bilateral Infrastructure Partnership, setting in motion the mobilisation of over R1 trillion toward critical public works delivery.

As one of the first British-aligned industry contributors, we were honoured to submit a Joint Statement of Support, co-signed by Kingspan Light + Air International and IC Colt (Pty) Ltd, directly to HM Treasury.

Respect. While not formally appointed under the UK–SA BLA framework, Kingspan Light + Air International and IC Colt (Pty) Ltd were among the first to publicly align with its infrastructure goals ~ submitting formal readiness documentation to HM Treasury.

In doing so, we’ve set a delivery benchmark for what certified, ESG-aligned, industry-led participation should look like.
